Singer/Songwriter Kae B, given name Katherine Bush, was raised in WV and currently resides in Saint Petersburg, FL. Growing up in a small town, music has always been her form of release and expression since she was a child. At the age of 7, she began performing in her local church, singing along with recorded instrumentals. She was a member of her middle school, high school and college choruses, where she continued to develop her vocal technique and range. Upon moving to FL in 2012, she joined a women’s acapella chorus, Toast of Tampa Show Chorus, where she learned the art of 4-part harmony and Barbershop style. Growth within the chorus earned her a spot on the front row as a dancer, as well as the title of bass vocalist in the competitive women’s quartet, Ciao Bella. With this group, she was given the opportunity to perform in various cities across the nation, including a recent trip to Las Vegas in 2016. After many years in ensemble settings, Kae B’s passion for solo artistry and storytelling through her compelling lyrics has brought her to the cutting edge of the music industry. With influences such as Kiiara, Zara Larsson, Halsey and Bebe Rexha, her sound is both playful and powerful, speaking to the hearts and minds of every listener. Kae B is undoubtedly one of the next fresh faces to be watching.
